I started making ceramics in 2019 after taking a beginners course in pottery techniques as a hobby after work.  I instantly fell in love with wheel throwing, and to continue working with clay I bought my own potter's wheel and set up a mini studio in my spare room at home.

I now work full time as a ceramicist and potter, and am about to move into a complete studio and shop in Edinburgh City centre, offering wheel throwing lessons and open studio space to other ceramic artists. 

 

My work includes stoneware ceramics that are designed to be used on a day to day basis, but can also double as statements in home decoration.  Every piece is hand thrown, trimmed and glazed with a selection of in house, hand-mixed glazes.
